I’m new here, so I apologize if this has been asked before. Does anyone have any idea how ND early action acceptance rates differ from regular decision rates? I am currently a junior seeking to apply to the Notre Dame Class of 2020.

It looks like the REA admit rate was just shy of 30% this cycle, while the overall rate just under 20%. The overall admit rate in RD was between 18 and 19%. Be aware though that most recruited athletes submit early so those numbers might be a bit artificially high. If you look on the website for ND’s Enrollment Division, there are articles that discuss both REA and RD results from this year.
