REA will receive a decision by Dec. 15th…is the actual date posted anywhere? Just wondering if that date has been released yet or will be released prior to the actual release of decisions.
I found this posted from another parent on a different CC post so, following ND Admissions on Instagram might be a good way to find out the release date: “Based on Instagram, last year they announced on 12/9 that REA decisions would be released on 12/16 (at 18:42). Good luck!”
Is there a particular reason it’s at “42” minutes? A biblical reference perhaps? Or the many different mathematical patterns containing the number 42?
Deferred and now waitlisted. Anyone else waitlisted? My daughter is to upset to talk clearly about so I’m trying to learn as she mentioned something about top 100. Thx.
D was waitlisted after being deferred in Dec. Good ECs, high GPA/class ranking at a Catholic HS and 1510/34. Got accepted into UVA OOS a couple of weeks ago and that looks most likely landing spot. So she’s not too bummed - more annoyed. Congrats to those that got in.
Totally understand feeling annoyed. We are perplexed by it all. Deferred and then rejected. Legacy, 35 ACT first try, perfect GPA, tons of APs and ECs. Guess it wasn’t mean to be. She has already moved on actually (weeks ago!) but it is still a head scratcher for me. Best of luck!
