<p>Hey! So I've done a chance thread here before but for different schools...so I'm just wondering about a few more. Here are my stats:</p>

- Male
- California
- Does not need aid</p>

<p>GPA/Rank
- 3.8+ UW
- 4.3+ W
- Top 10%
- Most rigorous course load available. Will be graduating with 12 AP classes taken
- Attends a top public school that sends many grads to Ivies and Top 25 schools</p>

<p>Test Scores
- ACT Composite: 32
Highest Sections:
- English: 34
- Reading: 33
- Math: 33
- Science: 31
- Writing: 12</p>

<p>SATIIs:
- Literature: 710
- Math II: 710
- US History: 660</p>

<p>Extracurricular Activities
- Editor in Chief of Yearbook: Prestigious yearbook that has one multiple national awards
- Volleyball: 3 years varsity, captain, MVP, Coach's Award, Division 1 and CIF recognition
- Club Volleyball: Extremely well known club. Went to Junior Olympics 4+ years
- Volunteering: Started my own club dedicated to ending unnecessary euthanasia and I also volunteer at a local animal center. Also volunteer for my town's local Garden Club with poster design/etc help.
- Business: Started my own online business with a friend that sells artwork and crocheted items
- Art: Photograph (5 on AP) will be submitting an Art Supplement</p>

- Strong from teachers and counselor (known for many years)</p>

<p>Essays
- Talk about my height as well as photography, etc. My college counselor said they were extremely well written and one of the best she has read. </p>

<p>As the poster before me said, your numbers are solid and if your essay is as good as you claim it is then you shouldn’t have a problem at all.</p>

<p>High match for all, essays are crucial as said before. UChicago requires fantastic essays pretty much.</p>

<p>I think you’ve got a really good chance at all of those. For NYU though, I’d say you’re deff in for CAS, and a good chance at Stern.</p>

<p>Notre Dame is a match, Chicago is a slight reach because of ACT score (just slight, with good essays its a high match), Villanova and NYU are solid matches, and Georgetown is just like chicago. If you apply to all of these id be surprised if you didnt get into at least 2 or 3 of them</p>

Georgetown, Villanova in because of legacy
UChicago is probably a reach this year, more applicants because of its higher ratings
Notre Dame reach</p>

<p>Overall, your GPA and ECs are really solid. It’s just the test scores which are a little low, especially the SAT IIs, but it shouldn’t be much of a problem.</p>

<li>University of Chicago: even though it’s a slight reach like everyone said, you should be good</li>
<li>Georgetown: they def like legacies and with your credentials being pretty solid you have a good chance</li>
<li>Villanova: most likely get in. esp being legacy</li>
<li>NYU: most likely get in</li>

<p>You are a solid candidate for all of these schools. With your legacy status at Georgetown and Villanova, you’re looking very good. </p>
