Your GPA is good, but your ACT might hurt you. Did you apply REA?
Yes I did. My essays and teacher recs were done quite well.
As @junior2017 has said, your ACT score will definitely hurt you. If your GPA of 3.9 is unweighted, then that is pretty decent, if it’s weighted, then that will hurt you as well. You have got some good leadership and some interesting items on your list of EC’s. I would think that applying for the NROTC program will help, but I’m not sure.
Do you know your class rank?
My class rank is about 9/80. I attend one of the best college prep schools in Texas.
Extracurriculars/Course load looks pretty good to me. GPA might be able to help with the ACT score. I’m not sure how great your REA chances are, but I think you have a good chance of making it in ED. I know class rank is very important to how they choose applicants, so good on having a high class rank.
