I was emailed my financial aid information yesterday (late in the evening) but I haven’t received the snail mail packet yet.
And if anyone was wondering it was another victory for the Net-Price Calculator (give or take $1,000)

Still waiting for FA…
Net-Price Calculator was horribly, ridiculously off for me. Estimated my family would pay around 24,000 after scholarships, work-study and a student loan. Right around in-state and what is the high end of what my middle class 6-person family can afford. Instead, received a financial aid package that only covers around 20,000. My family is somehow expected to pay over $44,000 when I have two younger siblings and an older brother in college. We have asked for a re-evaluation but at this point it looks like I will be declining my top choice (where I am a legacy and was accepted into the Glynn Family Honors Program) because they somehow think my parents have boatloads of hidden cash or something. Don’t trust the calculator, I know of at least 9 others from the ND Admits facebook server who also received extremely low aid compared to the estimate and unfortunately cannot afford ND either. Extremely crushed by their decision to make ND a pipe dream instead of something I can do.
