@stressedout18 what does a typical day at ndls entail?
You wake up in your dorm and head to breakfast. From there, you will go to your seminar. The professors (especially Dom and Jessica in SER) are amazing. They really love the program, and their dedication and enthusiasm shows everyday. In your seminar, you will have a variety of lectures, discussions, presentations, etc… It changes each day! In the last few days, you will work on your final symposium project. It’s basically a research project that relates to your seminar.
Outside of class, there is SOOO much to do on ND’s campus. Swimming, hammocking, going to the lake, playing sports, watching movies…they really want you to have fun and socialize! There is also a day-trip to Chicago where you explore museums/hospitals/theaters with your seminar. Other than that, you have a service trip in a smaller group to a local charity in South Bend.
Of course, you will learn about all of this in the upcoming weeks! Congrats!
