Notre Dame vs George Washington vs USC

Hey guys!!
So...
I'm an international student from Italy and I'll be studying International Business starting this Fall. I got accepted into Notre Dame, George Washington and U of Southern California and waitlisted at NYU and Wash u in St Louis. I am completely undecided.

ND: is really high in rankings but the cons are (from what I heard) that it's very religious, conservative and homophobic (i'm bisexual) and also it's kinda lost in the cold South Bend, IN. However it supposed (among my 3 colleges) to be the best ranked generally and particularly for business, right?

GW: they gave me a 20K $ scolarship renewable for every year, it's in Washington DC so a big city, warmer weather, however not really highly ranked, am I wrong?

USC: Downtown LA, warm climate, well ranked generally but not so much for business.

So i would go with ND but what's keeping me is the location and the social environment.
Is it really so religious and homophobic as they say? I'm catholic but not a strong practitioner plus I'm not openly bisexual and I act like straight but I was thinking of coming out in college but I dunno if that would be a good move in ND...

What do you guys think? I don't have money problems but the scolarship at GW sounds interesting...

Thanks for the help ;)

At ND, I don’t religion should be a big issue for you since you are Catholic too. As you probably know, the Church is against gay marriage so expect homophobia but nothing close to hate crimes of course. ND is a very prestigious school nonetheless.

Being an international student is always straining on money, so the GW scholarship will help but I do not believe its business school is as highly ranked as the others. You can use the money you save to buy something nice for yourself  It gets really hot during the summer.

USC is in a great location weather wise and Marshall is pretty good in my opinion. Fairly prestigious too.

If I were you, I would go to ND or USC. Congratulations on the acceptances!
