Notre Dame vs. UIUC vs. Rose Hulman

I've posted this on a different category already, but here it goes again:P
Which university has more prestigious CS programs and name recognition/ bang for your buck. When it comes to the physical college campus and atmosphere, I feel like I could be perfectly content and thrive at UIUC or Rose (I never visited Notre Dame yet...:P) and I am having a hard time deciding, of course the answers here won't form my decision, but i would like to hear some opinions.

Thanks to a lucky scholarship at rose, it is the most feasible of the three, anyways here is how I classify the three colleges:
UIUC- pros: Well known around the country for Engineering/ CS, great whether i want to go to grad school or the workforce
Cons: Impersonal, will probally take five years to graduate, $8,000 more than rose

Rose- pros: Great programs in Engineering, more personable, Cheapest (currently)
cons: not as well known as UIUC outside of the Midwest, Im not sure of their grad school placement

Notre Dame: Incredibly close knit alumi ties, best endowment, recognized as a top 20 university (US news)
Cons: Not the best Engineering/CS ranking, $12,000 more than rose

When it comes to post graduation, I am still not sure what I would like to focus on grad school, or workforce, let alone what kind of job or grad school major.

Thanks to anyone who responds!

CS majors at Rose Hulman won’t be lacking for job offers. If you hope to work in the midwest, the school has good recognition. You’re right that it’ll be more personal than UIUC.
However, it’s more isolated and there’s a higher gender imbalance: does that matter to you? If not, then Rose is your best choice.
Where would the money for ND or UIUC come from? What’s your parents’ budget? When you say 8k or 12k, is that net cost BEFORE any loans, work study?

I’m avoiding specific costs but on my financial aid packages, anything I would be expected to take out through loans would be my “cost” . Say Rose’s cost was x per year, uiuc would be x+8000 and ND would be x+12000

While I am not a fan of the gender imbalance it wouldn’t necessarily deter me from attending(and saving 40000 over 4 years)
I will probably be the only one paying for my education

Then it should be Rose Hulman in a heartbeat. You’re getting terrific value :)
