Nov. '09 - SAT Math Level 2

I did as bad as hell. I didn’t even took Pre-Cal but I’m taking Cal AB this year :(

well what were some of the ones you guys thought were hard, and did you run out of time?

The test was easy compared to the Barrons practice tests (and even the sparknotes and princeton review practice tests)

Wait. You mean colleges evaluate candidates holistically? I thought it was all or nothing with standardized test scores and grades?(sarcasm intended) I agree with thenatural. Anyway, I think the test was similar in difficulty to the ones in the College Board’s book, and a little easier than the Sparknotes ones. And the ones in the CB’s book had a normal, not harsh, curve.

When do scores go online?

Also, if I tested as a standby, will I still find my scores online or do I have to wait for paper?

people on CC are scarying people who are waiting for their scores by saying -4 is a 800, it was easy, or the curve is probably harsh. Just to tell people who are worried, the people on CC are not even 5% of the population who took that test that day. So don’t worry. The curve will be similar as to other tests in the past. I heard that Usually -6 or -7 is a 800 and thats what collegeboard scoring chart also says. So don’t worry and hope to get a good score!!!

My question is to those who already took Math II before November test was your score similar to that of the collegeboard scoring scale? Can you guys provide the score and how many you guys got wrong?? I think telling us how much you guys got WRONG is more helpful rather than just a score.

Thanks !!! (:

come on!!!

I got a 730 first time, I guessed the last 4 and had around 3 wrong.

Will colleges just get the scaled score or the raw score as well?. I.e., will they see that two kids have equal Scaled scores, but one got more questions right?

colleges dont see raw scores

Thanks 10char

yea seosaerim knows what i’m talking about. for all we know -15 could be an 800. in which case i’d get a 780 :)

for all we know, -49 could be an 800 :)

5 more days til scores.

2 more days :]

I wonder if anyone has retaken an SAT II 800 for the hell of it…

does anyone think the test was harder than normal?

headsniped trust me this was 10 times easier than october :stuck_out_tongue: i thought it was much easier than any practice test ive done really, but i shouldnt comment until i see my scores should i… gl guys

nikeboy…how was the october curve? if u dont mind me askin, what did u get?

@headsniped yeah i thought it was harder than the last time I took it. Didn’t study for either, last time got 740, this time, not so hot lmao
