<p>Hi, I am applying to georgia tech, but unfortunately i was not able to be organized in time for the oct 1 early action date. However i did call the office and they said i could apply to the nov 1 app where its cosidered for the schlorship and said its not a regular descision. I was wondering does this mean i can be admitted for georgia tech, and receive a schlorship, or is it only for those who applied in october and got admitted. </p>
<p>plus, do i need to send all of my sat scores, if tech only need the highest composite.</p>
