Nov. 1 EA Deadline: when is last possible time to submit?

<p>Question's pretty much in the title. I'm applying to Georgetown EA, and their deadline for application submission is November 1. If I'm submitting online, does that mean that the last time to submit would be at midnight between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 or at midnight between Nov. 1 and Nov. 2? (If that makes sense)</p>

<p>I'm sure this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it when I tried to search the forum, so I figured I'd just ask. Thanks to anyone who answers.</p>
