The collegeboard website says :
"Additional Information
Your official printed score report will be mailed to you, your high school, and to colleges and scholarship programs designated on your Registration Form about three weeks after the test." (mailed Dec 1st)

I took my SAT IIs for the first time in November, so Columbia doesn't have any SAT II scores of mine.

They've received everything else (I applied ED).. but they just don't have my SAT II scores... :s... Are they going to still look at my application? (I haven't received any "missing documents" email from them.. YET...)

Obviously it won't reach them till December... and the Columbia results come out Dec 11th-15th.. How does this work?

They still dont have my Oct SAT scores, when i called, they said to fax my score report.. so at least they have a copy of ur sat scores before they get the official thing.

Sorry I don't know what they do if they look at your app without the SAT II scores. They might send out the "missing docs" letter to you if there is time but if there is not your app might just be disregarded... (maybe postponed to RD)

yeah thats what they said to me...but the weird thing is, they dont even have my test scores from june! i guess i will just fax them my official score report from june, and then fax them the printed version of my nov sat II scores from online, and just hope they use it and not wait =/

"They might send out the "missing docs" letter to you if there is time but if there is not your app might just be disregarded... (maybe postponed to RD)"

---> are you certain about this?

"nd then fax them the printed version of my nov sat II scores from online," and edison are we able to do this?
So once the SAT scores appear online tomorrow (for the NOV scores) can I just print that out and "fax" it to Columbia..?
Should I call them and ask what to do?
Because ages ago when I asked an adcom officer if I could take the Nov SATs, she said feel free to do so..

So should I just call the Undergrad office tomorrow? (to ask what I need to do...)

I'm reallllyyy worried.. I don't want my app to get pushed back to RD.

I know they won't consider it "official" but can't I just fax them the printed online results?

But it's so weird.... they must place little importance on the SATs if we are allowed to do SATs in November... I'm sure lots of people would have done SAT 2s for the first time in Nov.. well I know I did.
I'm sure they have started to read apps already.. I don't know how this works!!! Maybe they still consider you without SAT 2 scores..

Ok... I just called Jessica Marriciano... and asked what to do.

And she said once I get the SAT scores tomorrow just send an email to my adcom officer (well first "reader" for Singapore) to inform her what my SAT 2 scores are.

And so they will just have that info (self-declared).. and she said it's fine for them to receive the "official" scores from Collegeboard on Dec 1st (that's when Collegeboard mails out score reports to us and colleges).

So, I guess the answer is, it's not too late. They obviously don't make decisions till the very latest time possible before they "send" out notification on Dec 15th or a few days earlier.. (Maybe they start sending it out as soon as they reached a decision).

They seem to be more chilled out than we are...

I took the October SATs for the second time and my score report is not in. However I did indicate my score on the "tests" section of the part 2 application (they were my 2 highest scores). I also took the November SATIIs, so who should I e-mail these scores to as the report won't get there until December?

edison and I are in the same position as you daniyal.. Just read my #15 post on this thread.

Ok well I know who my first reader is, so I have to email it to her.

You need to find out who is the reader for your geographical area then email it to him or her.
I think they don't like "faxed" documents.. just because they like to keep everything online.
And as for your Oct scores... the score report should reach them... but I hear Collegeboard had a huge mess up in October.. that's probably why things are delayed.

Columbia will not consider it "official" till they get scores from either your school or Collegeboard.
