<p>I'm trying to access my admissions decision for EA on the Novasis website but when I go to get my PIN, I enter my email address and it says "Pin can not be sent. Multiple users found for this email. See instructions above." Anyone else getting something like this?</p>
<p>And, of course, I tried to sign in 30 mins AFTER the Office of Admission closed, so I couldn't talk to somebody on the phone. I hope that someone is going to be available tomorrow to help me...</p>
