^ I know exactly why they're making us wait!

Look at the registration deadlines. They're waiting until Nov. 12th, because at that point, you have to pay the late registration fee for the December test.

For those of us who are in the situation of not knowing whether or not we want to retake it until we know our scores, they're making us wait so they can squeeze a few extra bucks out of each of us. :(

I don't really think I'm going to take it again anyway. It was my first time taking the ACT, and i think I did fine. My SAT score is sweet, so even if the ACT comes out low, I'll be ok :)

I know it says on the official website, "Multiple-choice scores from this test date will be first posted online beginning November 12 through December 29, 2008." But then it continues on to say, "If you take the ACT Plus Writing, your Writing scores will be posted as soon as they are ready, normally about 2 weeks after your multiple-choice scores."

So will I have to wait until November 26th, or what is going to happen, will I get MC scores and not my writing score, or will it all come out on November 12th?

Anyone with prior ACT experience have an insight on this?

Does anyone know at what time we can expect the scores to be up? Do they do it by eastern time and is it in the morning or in the afternoon? Because if I have to wait until school is over to check my scores I think I might pee my pants.
