November 2009 SAT prediction thread

720-740 CR (missed 5-6 so far)
730 Math (missed 3 ><)
730 ( guessing 10 on essay and missing 3-5)

total::2100-2200? hopefully =o

CR: 600
Math: 780
Writing: 730

Total: 2110

CR: -1 so far from the topic, probably 750~800 as I probably got others incorrect
Math: 800, doesn’t really matter as I’ve gotten 800 on a previous test
Writing: Above 700 please! I felt relatively confident in my essay and I haven’t seen any wrong MC from the writing topic.

crit reading: 650-low 700s? ( I felt pretty good except some questions on the fuel cell passage and some obscure questions: i.e. the monkey with the chains or w.e.
math:720-760 (As of right now, there are only 2 that I kno that I missed)
writing: I honestly dont know. Hoping for mid 600s ( Let’s just hope for a 10!) yeah and for some reason, the second section was writing for me, and it kinda tripped me off lol.

mid 2000s to low 2100s? Common 2150!!! lol

When are the results out?

Collegeboard will post Nov. results on the 24th

Math–> 700 Got the dog one wrong, and probably some other ones.
Critical Reading–> 650? IDK, totally screwed up on that last section
Writing–> Let’s just go with 600, don’t want to be hopeful.
1950
Growl.
If I just break 2000 on the November, Happiness would overflow me!

I’m going to go on the lower end and say i missed 7 cr. What score is that?

dammmmnnn. I thought 8-10 was going to be 700.

was this easier than the one you took before?

On the March 3/14 SAT, I missed 7 on the CR and got a 680.

Cr- 670
m - 660
w - 720

The march curve was pretty harsh I think. A friend of mine got 3 wrong (so -4) and got a 750

The M will probably be a more traditional 800-790-760-740 type of curve. I disagree that the CR questions were ambiguous and open to argument with the exception of one sentence completion.

Yeah the math curve will be pretty harsh =X Critical Reading shouldn’t be too bad of a curve though… Not too hard not too easy.

I took the October and November SATs this year and I didn’t think the writing MC was impossible but I thought it was harder than October’s.

Did anyone order the QAS and know whatt he october curve was?

CR: 770 to 800 - I know I missed one, but all the other answers discussed on here are concurrent with my answers. I felt like the CR was really, really easy, but a bunch of people thought it was hard, so I think that is good for me.
W: ??? 740-760 - I wrote about history in my essay, and my examples rocked. Hoping for an 11, but unlikely. 10 would be satisfactory. Probably missed 2-3 MC.
M: 750 - Usually, I’m awesome at math. However, I skipped one. I don’t know if it was on my experimental section or not.

Score range: 2260-2310

I’ll be satisfied with anything above a 2150. This is my first SAT, so I’m being nice to myself. Though I’ll be ecstatic with anything above 2200, and amazed with a 2300. I thought the Nov. SAT was overall, really, really easy.

Math: 720
Writing: 650
Reading: 550

Total Range: 1900 - 2050

I did pretty poorly this round :[ Dang proctor messed us all up by ending it 5 minutes early for one section.

Critical reading was really hard. I’m hoping for a lenient curve.

Not sure what to expect this November. One of the math versions seemed significantly easier than the other one, at least from what I’ve been hearing on CC. Critical reading was also pretty easy for me.
