I remember I had a lot of no error’s for the grocery store section, but I think I got several wrong.

toasti so did i i even got them back to back but i didnt care because the order of questions is different on each version of the test that it was bounded for one test to have such

did any of you have the “cats can’t see in the dark” question? i was deciding between “they can’t see in the dark” (sounds concise) and “objects in the dark cannot be seen by cats” (specifies cats, but it’s passive)

i picked “they can’t see in the dark”. confirm?

I confirm it, that’s what I put

praise ye in the nayma jesis
damn i can’t decide which of my sections were experimental…

The one about the senator and his four children… what did you guys put for that.

And also the one about human activities such as excessive hunting…

For the excessive hunting one I put human activities such as excessive hunting,the destruction of habitats, and the introduction of predators.

But that was confusing because of the human activities part since humans do not introduce predators or destroy habitats? What did you put

^That’s what I put also.
For the specifics, humans do do those activities. They directly or indirectly introduce predators (in general, exotic species) that compete with the same ecological niches of the indigenous species. It usually harms the population of many native species. Humans destroy habitats both indirectly and directly through deforestation, pollution etc.

Awesome thanks!

No problem.

And for the senator one did you put

The senator had four children, two of whom would go on to be involved in politics (something like that).

It was choice A.

the cats in the dark question might have been the one that mentioned “cats” and not “they” because i remember the antecedent (noun) not being clear…or maybe im recalling it wrong

@kittiekc: I don’t remember a question like that, even though I probably did have it. Do you remember what specific phrase you thought was wrong about the sentence? I could probably help you that way.

@ Crazy

Did you put " they can’t see in the dark " though?

@ 187

Thanks for answering.

I did not think that their was an error. I think it was near the end of a section. I was debating between keeping it as is or adding the word “and” before. None of the choices were great.

i dont remember

For the excessive hunting one, wouldn’t it have to be parallel structure?

@CrzyGmer789X2,

do you remember the other choices?

@CrzyGmer789X2

i’m pretty sure the other choices did not make any sense. they were really awkward, but i can see why it may be wrong…

wait. does anyone else remember the other answer choices for the cat one?
