November 2010 SAT - Math

This test was apparently the same as the November 2005 SAT. Someone found the answer key to that, but the link got removed.

Anyone care to guess the curve?

PDF is more likely correct.
-1 = 790.

NOOO! What would I score if I omitted 3 Grid-in and 2 Bubble?

Can someone send me the answers the november 2005 sat test?

my email is :view_mate@hotmail.com

For the people asking about the hose questions…here’s how you get 36.
The question gives you a hose that fills a tank in t hours, and one that fills a tank in (t/2) hours. It asks you for t if hose 1 + hose 2 fills the same tank in 12 hours.
So basically what you do is plug in numbers for the tank’s max capacity, and the rate at which the hoses fill the tanks
lets say capacity = 100 gallons
hose 1 = 10 gallons/h - fills the tank in 10 hours
hose 2 = 20 gallons/h - fills the tank in 5 hours
hose 1+hose 2 10h + 20h = 100, where h = # of hours, h = 3.3333

now that you know the ratios, you can set up a proportion equation

(t/10) = (12 hours/3.3333)
solve for t = 36

^No to all three above.

I don’t want the questions, but would like someone to post the curve. Surely that would be okay?

shouldnt someone report this to CB???

even though I asked for the file, I asked too see the curve not the questions. i think its bull **** that ppl had an unfair advantage. i know im coming as a jerk but hey, its ****ing college

Why would you say no -_____________-. And that really is unfair, someone should report this.

dats bs if the answer is 36 and not 45. Also hb the dice question? still debates among A and D, was that settled yet

the curve given in the pdf is only accurate for Reading, writing and math are wrong

math is actually like this

800 54
770 53
740 52
720 51
710 50
700 49 Pretty harsh I would say.

Source: My friend who recently graduated from Columbia, He took this test in 05 as a senior, he had a 720 math with 51 raw score, so I deduced this curve from that data.

CR is -2 800 and 58 raw 700

Writing has a very gen curve. 10 essay -1 800 or even -2 not too sure.
