***November 2013 - US History***

I put the cattle path to railroads. It was either that or the immigrants, but that didn’t seem like it.

The Texas map was cattle trails without a doubt. Life picture was baby boom and domesticity.

Anyone want to compile a list of answers together in google docs or something?

Whaaat. They tricked me on the ‘Theodore Geisel’ question. I forgot that was Dr. Suess so I put something really negative.

Also the Moral Majority question. I missed that one, but I was sooooo close to putting the right answer. Gah.

Yeah the Life picture was something about suburban life being consumed by domestic responsibilities (or something like that).

Damn I skipped 3 and guessed on like 10 AND GOT ALL 10 RIGHT AWW YEAHHH

Wait, what was the answer to the moral majority question? And what was that Dr. Seuss question about?

Wait what are these Theodore Geisel and Moral Majority questions? I don’t remember anything of the sort…

Moral majority was one of the last questions for me, but I don’t remember a Dr. Seuss question at all.

Moral Majority- Those who support Jerry Falwell and the Moral Majority would agree with which of the following? Ans: something about lack of faith hurting America

Dr. Suess- I don’t remember this one, it was something like “[another author] and Theodor Geisel wrote books regarding” and I put corruption and the low quality of life or something.

Ohhhhhh ok. I got the same answers as you then. ^_^

What did you guys answer for the Anne Hutchinson question? I answered the one about interpretation by the clergy.

It wasn’t Theordore Geisel, it was Thomas Dreiser. He wrote about suppression of the working class.

I skipped 8 questions, got at least 5 wrong at best… I’m not sure how well this is going to turn out ughhh

^ Actually, Theodore Dreiser, haha.
And xCossack, I’m pretty sure that’s the right answer.

Here’s a Google docs link to compile answers:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1p-01Z8oI2ngQA5UgUoyoSDX0SuaIa0BxQmu_VbMZ-p0/edit

Hahahahahahahahah my life. I’m really glad that it’s Dreiser because I think I got it right.

Geisel didn’t make sense because it was talking about the late 1900s, but yknow sometimes my brain doesn’t compute.

All of the answers on the google doc are correct.

I was able to answer the NYC revolts question because I had watched Gangs of New York.

I think the answer for the Anne Hutchinson question was that people could self interpret scripture/be religious on their own or something

Can someone explain to me why the Life photo was about domestic obligations I put it had something to do with cramped quartered I don’t know why ugh

Cmon guys lets answer all of these 9 questions left
