<p>There were some bills posted on this month's BAR account. What happened last time for August/September was that my loans, which were disbursed on Sept. 13th, covered all of the expenses, so I didn't have to use a credit card or anything like that.</p>
<p>However, I looked at the disbursement calendar (Student</a> Loan Services & Collections - Disbursement Calendar) for this year, which says that my second chunk of loans won't be disbursed until January. Does this mean I DO have to use the credit card / pay out of pocket for the expenses on the November BAR? What about for December?</p>
