I've just taken the test. Can't wait till the moratorium ends.

oh both reading and writing are quite difficult.I took the writing experimental section

I thought it was pretty easy or at least easier than the October SAT.

Isn’t there an embargo on SAT discussion?

Anyway, I think I did relatively well for writing (my prompt was pretty easy), not very sure about CR though. But I’m glad it’s over. Anyone has any idea on when they will release the results?

And I’m still fuzzy about the experimental section. Does it count toward your score? If not, what’s the purpose of it? To set the curve? For the current Nov SAT or for future ones?

We’re not discussing the questions, so I hope it isn’t a violation of rules.
The results will be released on 24th.
Experimental section doesn’t count towards your score. I think it’s purpose is to test how students fare on new types of questions and determine their difficulty.

huh!! i just GAVe
it helped me decide one thing

i Aint applyin 4 US anymore

(can sum1 explain me da cancel Score THing??

Dark_Angel, why would you do that? Don’t you at least want to find out what you scores are?

Anyways, to cancel scores download this form
<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools;

print it, fill it in and send it by fax or mail to CB before Wednesday. The address and the phone number can be found at:
[SAT Canceling Scores](<a href=“College Board - SAT, AP, College Search and Admission Tools”>Canceling Your Scores – SAT Suite | College Board)

it went awful
i omitted about 34 ques HUH!!
dont why but i didnt expected this

if i cancel my score, can i register for next date with paying more

or i have to pay even if i cancel ??

If you cancel, the only thing you do, is cancel. Nothing else than not receiving your score will change; you will neither receive a refund nor be able to register for the next date with a subsidized fee. Also, I think you won’t be able to register for the immediate next date because December registration deadline has already passed.

If the total number of questions you omitted on all sections is 34, you still can get an above average score.

yea i just saw 1800+ i guess (dont knw how many ARE WRONG LOOOOOOOL ) A bit relax now lol

i think i just lacked coz i didnt practise by noting time

btw i already registerd 4 SAT 2 in december

i think i will retake SAT 1 in jan ( can i do it ? ) like np 4m application point of view?

Math = quite difficult but I answered everything ; hoping for a generous curve and 750 +
Critical Reading = the last passage was AWFUL ,easy vocab, hoping for 650
Writing - had an experimental one.Hoping for 700++

Writing was the easiest…very easy essay prompt.
Math good too…
CR was so tough for me!!!I ran out of time…omitted like 8 questions…

i also had a writing experimental. i couldnt tell apart which one was real

yeah,I couldnt tell which one was too…I hope the first one was real…

yes
btw i got fedup in 9 section so awful

i made total guess in tht

I omitted the last two CR questions on section two and probably missed 3-4 more on that section.Hopefully SC and the other passages are fine.I am really hoping for a 650

BTW in how many hours can we discuss the questions?

The embargo should be lifted after the last November SAT administration is finished. That’s about 4-6 hours away.

Do you believe math was hard enough to be 1 mistake = 800

I’d say -1 = 780/790
