November SAT- VERSION TWO- Swimmer and Painting version

I had experimental CR and had polling. So GW was probably experimental

What was the didactic question??

Does anyone know the answer to the writing question about society and hygiene?!

On the math one about the geometric figure, asking about which could be the figure rotated a different way, did you guys get E as the answer?

For the one about book sales and shares, the answer was double, correct?

I think i had a reading experimental but does anyone know which one it is?
Also, how many no errors did you guys get? I got 5 but I’m pretty sure I the one about the gold and diamond mines of Brazil had an error that I just couldn’t figure out.

For the CR vocabulary did anyone put prestigious: exercise?

^ yep! I got that. prestigious and exercise

I felt like the writing sections were the hardest part of the test… Luckily colleges don’t care as much about it!

Tone question, had choices partisan, measured, exhorting?, and the other two choices were definitely wrong. was it measured? I think it was the music passage

did anyone choose “prestige of public fame” or something for the singer who was talking to a fan about commercialism?

i put exhorting because the passages were urging people to think differently

It was not for prestige but for practical commercialism.

Exhorting is also correct.

did you guys get the problem in section 10 about rockets? The rockets of the… did not yet prove their reliability as of 2003?? it was between have not proven, had not proven, and did not yet prove

did anyone get the question about the “notion” in the mars passage?

grid in
17. math (x+3)(x-k)=2x^2 -12xk… is the same as f(x)=a(x-h) + k
did anybody get like k = 6 or something like that?

math
r-t + y = 4…forgot rest
difference was 1?
i got this wrong i think

set F contains even numbers from 1 to 10,000 set G contains multiples of 5 from 5-10,00. how many numbers from set F are NOT in set G?
4000 ?

CR
reluctant realization for the practicality of commercialism
parsimonious, frugal

Math: r-x-t-y= 4 (not sure if it was x but it doesn’t matter)
Wasn’t the question asking what is the difference of r-x and t+y so it was just
r-x-(t+y)=4??? so the answer is 4? This is the only one i think i may have messed up on

i got 4
did anyone put idealism vs reality for the one about the one village? along with close (tightly knit??) relationship within the community or something?

Answer is definitely 4. It asked how much greater “r-x” was greater that “t+y”

They gave you
r-x-t-y=4 or, r-x=t+y+4

So r-x is obviously 4 greater than t+y

the question was r-x-t-y+4 and it asked how much greater is r-x than y+t.

answer was zero because r-x=y+t+4. its actually 4 less than, so 0 greater than.

ya i meant r-x-t-y=4. the answer is the same still, 0
