November SAT- VERSION TWO- Swimmer and Painting version

So was the answer 0 or 4, i’m so confused. Why wouldn’t it be 4?!

No, the answer is still 4.

Lets use real numbers:
r=10, x=1, y=3, t=2
r-x-y-t=4

or

r-x=4+y+t
so, r-x=9, y+t=5
r-x is 4 greater than it.

thanks, that is very relieving

The answer is 4.

Yeah I was worried for a second there!

ahhhhhhh, stupid mistakel yea it is 4. i dont know why i mixed the two up

Was the passage about the antiquated Iranian community experimental?

Guys, are you sure the one for “what is US” is mars? I put earth for that one because it is said in the passage something like “drag the machine millions of mile away and get Martian mineral”…

I put earth for that one too. How many A’s did you get on writing long section from 1-11?

I don’t quite remember. What answers did you guys get for the green chemistry?
Also, for the one related to some old community, what’s the answer for the last question-- what is the battle? It is past and future?

Hypothetical musing or Extended Comparison

Scholarly Citations / Analogy

i chose realistic and idealistic but i think it’s wrong
and i chose scholarly citations and extended comparison

Extended Comparison and Scholarly Citations… fairly certain

what was the sentence in the writing section about the mayans “It seems that the acneince Mayan people were the first to [something] natural rubber, using it to make sports equiment” i said no error because isnt using gramatically correct

and was it “than did” for that other writing question

You didn’t quote the Mayan question properly. There was en error on that one. “Than did” was correct

what was it

Looks like I’m doing pretty well so far if you guys are all right  I had experimental reading but I’m not sure which one it was. I had folk music, swimmer/painter, Mars, one about like poets who were best friends but then one became successful, one about the author of Little Women and her parents and dichotomy of female writing…

Also can I get confirmation on the Indian women one for writing? I said “them” was wrong because I figured it should be “whom,” but I was really on the fence. Do you think there will be a decent curve for writing because I feel like I really messed up the last writing section :/

i thought the math question for which one didnt change was median only…

Yeah it was. Adding three to the 5.1 group changed the mode because it had one more than the previous mode and of course the mean would change. The median was still 4.2 though

What did you guys get for the writing question about flower petals changing color like litmus paper? I was like really panicked for some reason and couldn’t narrow it down. I think I put “the color of the petals changes”
