I just looked at this year’s application form for Penn and it said that students taking November SATs should rush their scores to the school in order to be considered in the ED. I am just wondering whether this also applies to International students who live outside US.

You see, I am planning to take a SAT II Japanese test because the Huntsman Program requires a foreign language test, but the foreign language tests are only available in November. Some friend of mine told me that since I don’t live in US, even if I rush my score report, it will not arrive on time to be considered in the ED.

Does anyone know anything about this?

I’ve been sending e-mails to the admissions office, but they are not checkin their e-mails!!!
