I'll have at least 2 C's and mostly B's on my transcript.

Pretty sure you are fine. I've only heard of people getting rescinded for lots of D's and F's.

Okay, good news, you're sure? I'll probably get at least 1 B, and at most 2B + 1C

I think that's fine. Try doing something else to make up for your Bs and Cs. ("I was so engrossed in volunteer work this year that I believe my grades suffered slightly. But I believe it was worth it).

Or you can just send in your final report without doing anything at all. Only a strict place like Stanford will rescind someone for a C.

hmmm ya i have a problem with this as well...

i am deciding between northwestern and notre dame and one of the biggest factors in my decision is whether or not my acceptance will be rescinded. I will (hopefully) have 3 A's 2 B's but possibly one D (calculus). Notre Dame said I could drop WP right now and it would not affect my acceptance, but Northwestern said I cannot drop and it will affect it. If I am unable to get it up to a C (sleeping in class every day stopped working this year) do you think my decision would be rescinded? Keep in mind I was accepted to the school of communications at NU for Drama and as a Drama Studies major at ND

Stop sleeping in class! ;)

If you are really having trouble in Calculus, see if you can get some outside tutoring or if you can get a teacher to help you after school. It really is very helpful if you do that! :) Good luck!

northwestern is not going to rescind your offer over some Cs. At the very worst they'd put you on academic probation upon your arrival.

Keep the Cs away from Ds and failing grades though, that's where you might run into trouble (although rescindment of an offer would be an extreme option for the school)
