Now that I'm in...

So I'm an international student and I just got into Columbia. I didn't apply for financial aid because I knew it would bring down my chances, but I'm obviously not from the wealthiest of backgrounds. Paying for Columbia isn't well out of reach but I definitely wouldn't mind reducing the burden on my savings. :P
So I'm wondering if
a) it would be possible to apply for a small amount of need-based FA after freshman year, or maybe sophomore year
b) I could get a job on campus (are internationals allowed to do that?)
c) There are any generous internships/scholarships outside of campus that I could try for. I know that it's well past the deadline for most scholarships now, but what about after freshman year?

Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks a lot!

As far as I understand, once you are in they’ll help you find FA, scholarships, grants, etc. You could get a loan.
Not sure about the job.

a) you unfortunately cannot apply for aid once you’ve been admitted as an international student without aid.
b) i believe you can work on campus, but you can’t work off campus because of your visa status.
c) there are some generous scholarships out there, often they are just for a year. what country are you coming from? some national governments give out some scholarships.

You can work off campus. Just not legally. I knew plenty of internationals who did that, especially the asian ones.
