For those who received great news yesterday and today via mail or email, and were accepted to multiple different schools, how do you feel? I heard in a previous thread that it's dangerous to fall in love with a school before you're accepted, so I never did. Now that I have so many options open (got accepted everywhere! :)), I really have no clue exactly where I want to go.
Is anyone else in this dilemma? All the schools I got into are great in different ways, and I really love them all, but there isn't one school that is just like, my dream school. Do you think one month is enough for me to decide?
Any suggestions for getting to know a school without revisits, like people I could ask and websites I could look at.

Here’s my advice.

It’s been kind of a rough day yesterday. A lot of frequent posters are processing bad news. So to come on and brag that you got in everywhere isn’t going to make you a lot of friends.

Instead, there have been extensive conversations about most schools on this board. What I did when we were trying to decide was to put the name of the school into a search engine and read the various threads and posts.

Congratulations to you, but try to be more empathetic to those who are trying to process what - for the most part - has been rough news about their own choices.

A simple post “Now that I have choices, how do I narrow it down if I can’t do a revisit?”

Come to think of it - there’s already a thread someone on this board about that very subject.

If you don’t mind me asking, which schools were you accepted to? I wasn’t so lucky; rejected and waitlisted at two and haven’t heard from the others.

I don’t know how I feel. But I do know how I don’t feel. I don’t feel surprised, that’s for sure…

Angeverlasting, were you accepted to all your choices as well?
