<p>I found a Dartmouth supplement on Common App site. Its the same as the Pre-App form! And I had the idea that Dartmouth's supplement is only the peer evalution form!</p>
<p>Yes, you have to send in the Pre-App before the actual "Common App forms". The peer evaluation is due the same time as the rest of the forms i.e. Nov 1 for early decision I think.</p>
<p>So those 2 are considered supplement because Common App site consider anything other than the actual Common App form as supplement.</p>
