I've applied to some schools and I was rejected from most (I still haven't heard back from USC, so fingers crossed). It is so demoralizing. This is the second time i've been rejected from all my schools (last year as a senior in High school i had a 3.32 GPA and a 2020 Composite SAT score and I didn't get in anywhere...) I still want to transfer but I have no idea where I can go now.. I just finished my freshman year of college at a CC with somewhere from a 3.16-3.20, hopefully the 3.20... but I don't know where I can transfer now... I'm losing hope. Where can I apply? (I would prefer to stay in California) Please help me out. I don't know what to do with my life...

Where did you apply to? Your college and high school GPA are the reasons you were rejected. Raise your GPA, and try transferring again.

You first need to make a very realistic assessment of both of your application rounds to see where the problem was, such as:

Did you apply to schools that were unrealistic for your stats?
Were your essays well written, edited and addressing the prompts?
How were your LORs?
