It’s scammy and you shouldn’t spend money on it. It has NO value.
Exactly what @awesomepolyglot said. It’s similar to Who’s Who from years ago. No use attending events or sending money to them. The requisites for “invitation” aren’t very strict, and it won’t help on college applications at all.
