<p>i recently received an invitation to the membership of The National Society of High School Scholars. i went on their website and briefly looked over their description, but i still dont understand its purpose. what is it? is it some kind of honor or award? or is it just trying to get money from students(membership = 40 dollars). thanks for responding. </p>
