<p>... i'm confused because i got a letter from them last year and i neglected it as a scam and threw it into a junk mail pile which has been sitting in one of my drawers since ... the dawn of time it seems like ... but i was wondering, is it a scam or is it real? it has a facebook page and like 25,000 members. Are all the members idiots or do they have an advantage in their college applications? If they do then i'm worried, if they don't then they're all suckers.
anyone a part of it? anyone know about it? did they scam you? or did they not scam you? are they some elite secret society? because honestly, it would be pretty cool to be a part of some elite society. just sayin'.

<p>it’s a scam and well it doesnt help u with college apps at all…cuz u have to pay to be a member…wats the point?..</p>

<p>It is a scholarship thing.
You can apply for scholarships from the foundation.</p>

<p>It is of no real use for college apps though.</p>

<p>You get to wear a pretty yellow (in my school anyway) ribbon when you walk during graduation.</p>

It’s a legit organization but no one gives a shat if you’re in it or not.
It costs too much…save it for college money.</p>
