<p>I am from Pakistan. My friend just received a letter of invitation from National Society of High School Scholars. She does not know abt the person who nominated her. I just want to know if its reliable, if it is useful for an int'l student planning to pursue undegrad studies in pakistan and if it has other advantages.</p>

<p>It is considered pretty meaningless over here. Not something that would be of any help in college applications for US colleges. When my daughter first received it I asked a college counselor on some college blog site and was told that all those things like NSHSS, Who’s Who High School, etc were meaningless as far as college admissions. </p>
<p>No idea if an undergrad school in Pakistan would give it any weight.</p>
