Ughh so stressed for summer notifs! Second time semifinalist for Russia. Really hope I make it. For any alumnis do you reccomend taking the year senior year or taking a gap year
Any guess about Russia notifications? I am thinking this Monday if it is like previous years…
Notifications for the Russian summer program came out on March 2 last year which was the first Friday in March. I wonder if they might come out today…it will be nice to get the wait over with and even nicer to get some positive results this time…Good luck all!!

@raguopposum210 I definitely felt like my essays were better this year so I hope that helps me. I’m not so sure about the interview portion because she asked me some questions that were hard to answer, so I spent a lot of time thinking of answers. Some of my answers weren’t that good. We’ll just have to see! I’m not 100% confident that I’m getting this scholarship but I really hope that I do.
I know right!! Last year I made it to semis. This year my essays were sooo much better but the interview tripped me up a little. Like I had two main reasons (other than just language learning) but the interviewer asked for three ?

The semi finalist acceptances didn’t come out until around 5 I think. Has anyone gotten anything? I haven’t.

It says they’re doing maintenance on the application portal on Monday. I wonder if that means anything.

Yeah I just checked and the semi finalist notifications came out at 5 in December so hopefully it’s the same for the finalist decisions!

any idea if Russian Summer is coming out today??
Haven’t received anything for Russian summer but usually they go out at the same time as Hindi summer.
