NSO events or frat parties?

<p>I just checked Penn's NSO schedule and there is ''PennFest 2009'' on Friday, Sept. 4th which runs from 9est-12est. Do kids usually attend the NSO activities at night or just go to frat parties? </p>

<p>Also, which days to parties usually take place during NSO?</p>

<p>Parties won’t start till 11 at the earliest. I went to most official NSO events and parties at night. You really should go to both. Great ways to meet and get to know people.</p>

<p>Also I believe they’ve been trying to beef up NSO in order to provide some fun alternatives to frat parties at night, so there may be some more late-night NSO activities. (Who knows if they’ll be any good…)</p>
