My question is : is tuition due during NSO? if not when is tution due?

If you use a payment plan, you will set that up in July, with first payment due early August. Fall semester = 5 payments, August-December, spring semester, 5 payments, January-May. If you’re paying all at once, due when each semester starts.
do parents have to come to the NSO or is it only for students?
Parents do not have to attend NSO, but there is a separate, optional (has a cost) parent orientation that takes place simultaneously. Probably do it that way because for some parents, dropping off a child then picking them up 24 hrs later can be a lot of driving in a short period of time.
