NU, Cornell vs. UCSD

Hello, I am a U.S. Citizen who is now livin in Korea (I'm Korean, so dual citizenship i suppose) anyhow I got accepted to these schools and I am planning on going into BME and do premed (my future goal is to become a doctor) I was fascinated how UCSD had a special program called preBME/premed which I got into. however i got into some other school such as northwestern and cornell. What would be a better choice for me? BME I heard is just so good at UCSD. Help me out (Tuition is not a big deal for me)

UCSD
Pros:
highest ranked BME program among the three
SD is one of the major hubs for biotech
slightly cheaper (OOS)?
great weather
Cons:
least prestigious among the three
larger student:faculty ratio
not as strong as the other two outside of BME
lower med school placement rate than the other two

FYI, undergrad BME ranking according to US News:
UCSD: 4th
Northwestern: 11th
Cornell: 21st

Thanks everybody. So what do you think would be the best call for me? I really want to get into med school but I also want to get the best BME education and I think I will have extreme pride when if I graduate as a BME at UCSD. But then again, thinking of actual medical school enterning rates and prestige I’m not sure if I can give up NU or Cornell

Note: the Bioengineering: Premed major is not ABET accredited. Of course, this won’t be relevant if you get into a med school. Remember, engineering is an extremely hard major to get good grades in, and good grades are essential for medical school admission.

Oh god another asian that wants to be a doctor…yeah I said it…

Let me guess, you’re white and a Business Administration major?
