I got accepted to both NU (McCormick) and JHU and I cannot decide on which one to go to. If NU, I will study Industrial, economics and/or political science. IF JHU, materials and economics andor political science. help highly appreciated..

As far as rankings go, NU econ, industrial engg, and materials are listed as #8, #4, and #2, higher than JHU's. I'd probably pick NU but you may want to visit both to see which one may be a better fit for you. I don't know how they compare in terms of ease of double-majoring but at NU, many industrial engg & management sciences students pick econ as second major so you'd find many doing the same thing as you do.

I visited both JHU and NU, within a two week span last fall. Sam Lee covered the rankings, but coming from someone who is going to NU (McCormick) the two campus atmospheres were polar opposites. When I visited JHU, the atmosphere was dull and depressing, unless you played lax. Obviously now, I may have some bias, so you should probably visit both campus if you haven't already.

i'm choosing NU over JHU.
