<p>Yes, you access it through the student center (CTECs). But it may not be available until you matriculate.</p>
<p>You have to create your netID account and log into CAESAR. You don’t need to matriculate to get to it. As a matter of fact, you also pay your tuition and housing deposits through the same site.</p>
