Nuclear Engineering and Chemical Engineering programs

Hey all, I was wondering if you guys could help me decide on my chances of getting into the following schools. Here are my stats:

UCI
BS in Chemical Engineering
Minor in Mathematics and Materials Science
Major GPA: ~3.3
GRE: Q 163, V 150, AW 4.5 (only studied one day for this. i could get better scores if necessary)
Research: nuclear separations and solvent extraction research group on campus for final two years of undegrad. no publications yet, but will be starting own project very soon, and completing before I graduate in June.
Internships: small chemistry lab intern a few years ago; nothing too glamorous or prestigious.
Leadership: board member of AIChE chapter at UCI. co-founder and VP of ANS chapter at UCI.

Schools I am applying to:
Chemical Eng:
UCI (PhD)
UCLA (PhD)
UCD (PhD)
Clemson (PhD)

Nuclear Eng:
UC Berkeley (M.Eng)
Texas (PhD)

Schools I am still considering:
Oregon State (Nuclear PhD)
Georgia Tech (Nuclear MS)
Ohio State (Nuclear MS)
Tennessee (Nuclear PhD)
UMass-Lowell (Chemical PhD)
Manchester (UK) (Chemical PhD)

anybody know if i can get into any of the latter 6 six schools that i am still considering? there are so few rankings for nuclear engineering programs, so I really dont know my chances...
