Does anyone know how U of F's nuclear engineering undergrad. department ranks against the other dozen or so in the country? Also, any other general advice or information about their nuclear engineering department is appreciated.

bum bup bmp ump

No one is responding because people don't hear much about nuclear engineering these days. Though I'm not an engineer, I used to work at an engineering consulting firm here in Silicon Valley, back in the day, that did a lot of work at nuclear power plants around the US and in Asia.

Did you check out the info on Princeton Review?

It looks like there may be some college rankings data buried behind PR's login wall.

That was a little helpful, but I would still like to know how UF stacks up.

The grad program is ranked 12th nationally by US News.

Thanks rogracer, would it be too much to ask about the undergrad. Noone in my area carries US News, they are too obsessed reading tabloids and about Tom Cruises marriage.

Sorry...the rankings are only for the grad program...

rhymes with lump
