Do i have a chance ?

i am considered a junior at the University of Florida

Getting my husband to respond for you - Retired 25yr submarine officer here. The only negative you’ve listed is the arrest. The rest of what you’ve listed shows a very solid candidate potential. If you were charged as a juvenile and the charges dropped, then no problem. If you were charged as an adult, it’s probably still on your record even though the charges were dropped. You’re best bet would be to visit a NUPOC recruiter and tell them about it.
