What do the people at Cornell think of this?

funny you should post that, i just saw it the other day and downloaded the song in ithe video 2 hours ago...it's hilarious

He was on a few of the morning talk shows the other day. He is getting so much media attention. To think he was just playing around one day and now... The site has gotten so many hits. He will have a CD soon and become a millionaire Ha Ha It is funny. Why couldn't I do that?

OMG.. I totally got that video 2 weeks ago. After cursing out the person who sent it to me, I then I went on to download the song, and the remix....

numa numa numa iei...its actually originally posted at http://uploads.ungrounded.net/content.php?id=206373&name=206373_numanuma.swf&title=Numa%20Numa%20Dance&date=1109566800&quality=b&uj=0&w=500&h=375

it's been around for awhile now... i think ebaums had it about a month and a half ago...

but i'm talking about the super original authentic Grade A version...

we sing it in economics class behind the teachers back...

There was an article about this kid in the New York Times this weekend. He's from Saddle Brook, NJ. Supposedly, he has locked himself in his house, cancelled tons of interviews, and has become depressed and he mopes around his house. I wouldn't wait for that CD.

Funny you should post this, I was going to today, since I just saw it yesterday, lol. I'm absolutely addicted to the song...I wouldn't be depressed if I made up such a cool video, I'd just keep doing that weird-ass dance that he does...Is it weird that the song puts me in a really good mood, every single time I hear it? ;)

It's so funny that that song is getting popular. My friend spent the summer in France, and it was the #1 song there, they played it on the MTV there, etc. He said he'd never heard it in the states until a few weeks ago, and now this guy is getting all this attention for a random european song!

poor kid.

go download the song/find it online [the real version]
itz called Dragostea Din Tei by O-Zone

i just got it and the REMIX...

I ordered the CD (Discozone) from Best Buy (because they were out) and they Fedexed it to me yesterday. That song (Dragostea dei tei) is fantastic.

i still can't believe he's from SADDLE BROOK.

OH MY GOD! I know! we were just talking about that today. Go figure, Saddle Brook is like my town's #1 rival (in football). We chant BEAT THE BROOK! and SAT scores (apparently our average SATs are higher than their by a few hundred points...yeah we're kinda cruel lol), and all of a sudden we see this video of a kid on the computer...and find out he's from a few towns over. insanity!

oh and btw, the song in question (Dragostea Din Tei) was indeed popular in Europe, for a similarly random reason - one day, some random DJ played it once...and out of nowhere, people started calling in requests for it. Then all of Europe started listening to it. I actually heard it about five months before the video popularized it :-D

I'm still trying to find out why it appeals to me so much! Perhaps it is just the mental challenge of trying to sing along the right words to it in the car...

lol, I kinda just quickly mumble my own words at the parts I don't know
I'd be lying if I told you guys I didn't start dancing to it...

I'd have to join you in that confession.... It's not normal dancing though... There's some entirely involuntary moves that go along with dancing to it! What language do you think the song is in anyway?

lol, gotta love the involuntary movements induced by numa numa
Umm, I think Japanese?
