<p>First, does it matter what you choose for 11, a or b? It seems like the quote one could be cheap. You chould cater any previously rewritten essay exactly to a question, since you're basically making up your question. </p>
<p>With that said, I have a previously written essay about passion for science, the extremes I have gone to in science, and the developing of my passion for it (extremes meaning staying up till 5 a.m. just for the hell of it, cuz I cna't stop working). Any picture ideas? I could use a quote but I woudl still rather do the picture.</p>
<p>EDIT: I also have a less "nerdy," more fun-loving essay. I do have the roommate essay to talk about the same thing, but is stanford looking for passion just as much as any other college? Thanks.</p>
<p>hmmm...that is a good question. I would like to the know the answer as well. Do they put different weights for which essay topic you choose? I mean for my long one, I can simply add a quote and it would fit the topic....</p>
<p>How close does the picture have to fit the essay? My essay is about a late-night revelation at 5 AM when working hard on research that my passion is science. I have a picture of me asleep at my computer at around 5 AM, the clock is visible (yeah my sister is a weirdo, she woke up for school and saw me asleep in a weird position so took a picture). The essay takes place when I'm actually awake at 5 AM, but obviously I was awake pretty late if I feel asleep working on my computer. Is it okay?</p>
