<p>Long question short, will applying to fewer colleges mean a better chance of getting into the ones I've applied? Let's say (hypothetically) I make Yale my only Ivy League app. and leave out Cornell and Columbia; would that show my demonstrated interest to Yale or would they prefer snatching kids from the noses of their cohorts?</p>
