<p>You can apply ED to only one school. Almost all those that have ED allow you to apply EA elsewhere. If you apply EA to Yale or Stanford, you cannot apply EA or ED to any other school. Otherwise those that have EA allow you to apply EA elsewhere. Majority of schools that have EA will allow you to apply ED to another school; however, many will not allow you to apply ED elsewhere.</p>

<p>Staford and Yale have this thing called SCEA which stans for single choice early action. the name is self explanatory. if you do EA here, that means no EA or ED anywhere else. its benefits? it’s non binding. i’m sure there are other schools with SCEA so make sure you check before you apply</p>
