Number of Recommendations

<p>How many is too many? I know that its good to have 2 teachers + guidance counselor.</p>

<p>What about extras? Is one already pushing it? I'd like to have my coach write me one, he's a college professor and i will have been on varsity for 4 years and was a captain as a junior. He knows me the best out of all people school related.</p>

<p>I'd also like to have my boss write one for me. I work at a newspaper and she is the editor-in-chief, have worked there for 3 years.</p>

<p>Both of these extras will be good letters, but how much is too much?</p>

<p>2 or 3 teacher recs should be fine
id say 4 recs is pushing it</p>

<p>I would recommend a maximum of 3 teacher rec’s or 2 teacher rec’s + 1 additional rec.</p>
