Number of Threads Begun?

I’ve been finding it hard to believe that I started as many threads as the statistics say I did. I finally took a minute to count them and found that I’ve actually authored exactly 22 (well, now, 23) threads despite the fact the counter says 105.

Does anyone know what accounts for the discrepancy?

If you report a post, it adds it to your total…hence why I have “39” instead of like six.
