<p>So i got in to nursing science at uci. How good is nursing at UCI?</p>
<p>Although I am not a nursing major, I do attend UCI in hopes of transferring into the program. I’m not entirely sure about prestige though. From what I’ve heard it’s a relatively new program and the nursing class is pretty small. First two years are more general education courses, much like that of a bio major bur from junior to senior year, it will be more hands on with clinicals and more nursing specific topics. </p>
<p>I also hear that the UCI Medical Center usually hires most nursing majors upon graduation which is pretty good if you ask me.</p>
