SLO: High Match
SDSU/UCI/UCD/UCSB: Reach
UCLA/UCB: High Reach

Your GPA is great but test scores are low for most of these schools. Your essays and EC’s can give you a boost for the UC’s. But with some of the nursing schools having around 5% acceptance rate, your chances are slim especially to the direct admit programs (UCI/UCLA/SDSU). You have gotten into 2 nursing programs, and CSUF is excellent. I hope you have a few more options come May, but if CSUF is a direct admit, I would definitely put that on the top of the list.

@FutureNurse2020 congrats on getting into CSUF Nursing…I applied into the same program and am still waiting to hear back. I also applied to UCLA, UCI, and SDSU in terms of the direct entry Nursing program.

UCLA/UCB no chance

@thecoolboy1234 I actually did get into UCLA…

Pleasantly surprised. Congratulations! Hope you enjoy UCLA (if that is where you will be attending)

For all those people

Congratulations. It is great to be proven wrong and that the an applicant stats are not everything when it comes to college admissions… Good Luck.
