<p>Oh it does thanks:) I heard that a lot of people got in with lower ACT scores, but then when they make the cut after the first year a lot of people dont get it…</p>

I thought UM was a direct entry nursing program.</p>

<p>UM is a direct entry nursing program. I haven’t heard of any cuts; however, I heard that around 12 students drop out after the first year. Is this what you may have been talking about?</p>

<p>I talked to the person who told me about the cut…and I must have heard her wrong- she said that State had the huge cut, not Michigan. Sorry for the confusion!</p>
<p>Thanks pebbles007 for clearing up the misunderstanding. Michigan has a GREAT nursing program and I’m sure this thread may be of value for those considering applying.</p>
